Student Conference Support Awards

Financial assistance to empower student researchers to attend, present, and network at major ISIAQ flagship and regional conferences.

Eligibility Criteria


  • Must be a current ISIAQ Student Member in good standing.
  • Must be the author and presenter of an accepted abstract at the upcoming conference.
  • Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate, master's, or PhD program.

Application Checklist


  1. Submit your abstract to the official conference portal.
  2. Complete the online ISIAQ Travel Grant Application form.
  3. Attach a short CV (max 2 pages) and advisor recommendation letter.
  4. Submit before the posted conference travel grant deadline.

Note for Award Recipients: Post-Conference Summary & Photo Requirement

To help inspire future candidates and showcase the impact of ISIAQ grants, all award recipients are required to submit a 200–300 word summary of their conference experience alongside a high-resolution photo from the event within 30 days following the conference.
