The award is named in memory of Professor CP Yaglou, Harvard School of Public Health, for his pioneering work on indoor air quality, ventilation requirements, and thermal comfort during the 1920s and 1930s. The purpose of this award is to celebrate outstanding achievement by a promising young researcher within the indoor air sciences and to encourage him or her to continue to pursue a career in this field.
The awardee must be under 37 years of age at the time the award is made. Nominations for the 2026 award should be submitted by March 31.
