Relations Coordinator Other Org - Martin Taubel

Indoor environmental research builds on multitude of research disciplines to recognize: the buildings andtheir performance; the physical, chemical and biological parameters and agents in these buildings; exposure; and responses and health effects of the occupants. Providing for an integration of disciplines is crucial to increase research impact and initiate major advances in the field. It is my view that it is therefore ISIAQ’s responsibility to guarantee good communication and collaboration with other societies and organizations, to further motivate and strengthen this integration. The joint Environment and Health conference of ISEE  (environmental epidemiology), ISES (exposure sciences) and ISIAQ 2013 in Basel was one good example for such effort; but there is more work to be done.
