The theme of IAQVEC2010 is “Innovation and Integration”. IAQVEC2010 will provide a forum for: 1) Presentations of original research work and findings, 2) Demonstration and displays of innovative technologies, and 3) Discussions of future challenges and opportunities. It will cover a wide range of key research areas with the goal of simultaneously improving indoor environmental quality and energy efficiency, and enhancing well being and sustainability. Subject areas to be covered include:
1) Indoor environment (IE)
2) Climate and surrounding environment (SE)
3) Building envelopes/enclosures (BE)
4) HVAC equipments and systems (HES)
5) Power and energy systems (PES)
6) Sensors, controls and information management (SCIM)
7) Building system integration and optimization (BSIO)
8) Modeling and simulation tools and testbeds (MSTT)
9) Sustainable building systems (SBS)
10) Safe buildings (SB)
